Most of you know Kevin Hayden, the man behind The American Street. I don't know anyone who's worked harder than Kevin to keep the voice of the left out there these past years (a lot of the time despite the fact that being right has been remarkably unrewarding financially and unlikely to get anyone any great glory or even recognition for the last seven years or so).

Now we've got our foot in the door, and control of Congress, and Kevin's worn out.

Please believe me when I tell you that with five years and 6,500 posts behind me, I don't hold myself to be in the same category as Kevin. If I have any brownie points outstanding with any of you, please consider helping out.
