Still, scroll down to the picture of the odd-looking plate with the meatball in the middle here (the stuff around it is quail, celery, and "tomato tartare")
I don't really see the point of an organ-meat meatball, but I suppose it has its own pate-ish haggisy charm, if you're into that sort of thing.
I can't see how calling it an offal faggot helps.
In other cooking news, a new food blog with some good simple cook-ahead type recipes, if you're into that sort of thing.
