It's things like this that give me a warm spot for the goodole British imperialist "and our custom is to hang those who do so." I'm a relative relativist, and when dealing with this or mutilating little girls' genitals so they'll never enjoy sex, the only restraint I favor is making sure that the cure doesn't make things worse for the victims.
