I could never get into Peck as much as Duke Wayne. Of course this may have something to do with the fact that I am a sucker for ridiculous machismo almost to the point of being the sucker for ridiculous machismo.

As for the link, that's fascinating actually. I had no idea. And Howard Hughes seemed like such a nice guy in The Rocketeer
