Suddenly it becomes clear where Sadly, No!'s resident troll got that "Taliban Democrats" line. The things I miss by not watching Fox News.

I'm still not sure if they mean it to refer to our profoundly misogynistic platform, our desire to put gays to death, or our need to enforce a common religion on everybody.

Of course, considering the fairly common use of "American Taliban" to refer to the people who actually *are* advocating the above positions, it has more than a whiff of "I'm rubber, you're glue".

We we promised the adults would be in charge, weren't we?
