OK, this is my third day out sick and I still feel like a big pile of wet dogs, so I'm only going to put up some happy stuff in hopes that it will cheer me up.

Looks like Newt has kinda blotted his copybook with the bushisti, at least the ones who aren't Richard Perle and Donald Rumsfeld.

Our beloved governor has come to the realization that perhaps the increasing squalor of downtown Manhattan as our city struggles to survive with no money wouldn't serve as a great backdrop for little boots' convention. We're getting a whole rush Potemkin village thing going on in the next year, which (although it's bullshit) means jobs downtown and service jobs to support them.

The Club for Growth look like idiots and it's in the paper.

They've reviewed the Tulia convictions and indicted the cop.

That brilliant law in Florida where women were forced to publish their contact information, their physical description and their sexual history in order to put children up for adoption has been overturned.
