Kos, on the other hand, thinks that we just might, since (among other things) the swing votes in the Supreme Court no longer have plausible deniablity about exactly what they're voting to give the Executive Branch the right to do to american citizens without meaningful oversight.
I say they're both right, but I'm a containing multitudes kinda chick.
