Kubler-Ross, who moved to Arizona nine years ago following a series of strokes, had just finished her second book with Kessler -- "On Grief and Grieving," which is to be released next year.
It's like she's leaving instructions.

Kubler-Ross deserves multiple book-length obituaries.

A perfect pearl of...snark? Irreverence, that's it. In the right spirit, too.
Reminds me of Davies' obit for Edward Said:
Edward Said
Is dead.
Unless it is pronounced Said
In which case he dieed.
About as good.
