President Clinton has been hospitalized for chest pains and will be undergoing bypass surgery here in New York.

Our Fearless Leader wished his predecessor well at a campaign rally. According to the AP, the (presumably well-vetted) crowd booed at the mention of Mr. Clinton and were not rebuked by Mr. Bush.

Nice.

The AP pulled the story--listening to a tape proved there were no boos, but applause when Bush said "We wish him well" or words to that effect.
