Mr. Charles of Off the Kuff has some information up on Texas Tuesdays about Richard Morrison, the Democratic candidate who's putting up a hell of a fight for the district which currently sends Tom DeLay to Washington. See here and here

Government probably makes up such a very small percentage of Mr. DeLay's income. I think he can spare it.
