While I would have to whole-heartedly agree with Eric that Yusuf Islam is an idiot, snuh points out he's also a prominent muslim who has spoken out strongly against terrorist acts by muslims.

Remember hearts and minds? I don't think there's any question that we're losing that war. Maybe we should consider holding our nose a bit when we're looking for allies.

It's not as if Cat Stevens has been selling nuclear technology to the axis of evil or something. Bush is meeting with that guy today in New York. Hey, no harm no foul, right?
